Clarify corporate mission and strategic vision.
   
Create custom objectives, based upon client’s strategic vision, in five key areas:  Financial,
  Customer, Internal Business Process, Learning and Growth, and Corporate Responsibility.
   

Determine the measures for each objective and appropriate targets.

   

Develop specific action items necessary for implementation.

Summit provides training to a small internal team tasked with developing the map and scorecard.
   
Summit facilitates design sessions to prepare a draft Strategy Map.
   
The executive team reviews, updates and approves the map.
   
Summit facilitates design session(s) to draft Balanced Scorecard.
   
The executive team reviews, updates and approves the scorecard.
   
   

 

Structure
   
A core project team is selected by the company.
   
One training session and two design sessions are usually required.
