Builder Leadership Development Groups (BLDG)

Objectives


	Assemble a group of CEOs and senior level managers from 4-6 companies with common interests
	to share insight and experience with their peers

	Provide a forum for open discussion of key challenges for their companies and facilitate learning.

	Focused, cost effective consulting and research on specific issues.

	Help establish benchmark performance within BLDG.

Process

	Company requests admission to new or existing BLDG.

	CEO nominates senior level manager to participate.

	Summit coordinates logistics for group meetings.

	Summit arranges for facilitators, and subject matter experts, as appropriate for meeting topic.

	Participants recommend topics of interest for future meetings.

	Summit facilitates the discussion group segment of the group meetings

	Summit prepares toolkits and post-meeting summary notes.


Structure

	Locations to be determined jointly by Summit and the group participants.

	Two day meetings, four times a year.

	Each meeting has a pre-selected primary topic.

	Half day presentation on primary topic (either research or industry expert).

	Valuable toolkits provided afterwards.
