Assessment
This detailed self assessment tool can be
used by Homebuilders to identify their stage
of evolution on the Summit Performance
Capability Evolution Model.
Production homebuilders progress through
multiple stages of evolution as they work to
transform their businesses from basic
homebuilders to truly efficient and
synergistic enterprises. The key to long
term success is an honest assessment of
company capabilities and clear focus on
priorities for improvement. By understanding
the natural evolution of homebuilders and
having self assessment tools available,
executives can better plan and influence
their future.
Executive Team Peer Evaluation
This evaluation allows the Summit team to
assess the individual members of your
executive team, with respect to specific
leadership characteristics.
We have identified 21 behaviors that
characterize good leaders. Leaders may not
exhibit all of the behaviors at one time,
but generally possess an effective
combination. Anonymously evaluate each of
your peers identified as your organization’s
executive team, with respect to the defined
leadership characteristics.
Results will include an average team score
for each of the characteristics (individual
scores of each team member are averaged),
average scores per individual and your
self-score. We will identify the strengths
and weaknesses of the team and review
differences between your self evaluation and
evaluation of you by others.
Process Assessment
This assessment tool is used to evaluate the relative
priority of each of your company’s business
processes, as well as your company’s current
performance for each of these processes.
Use this analysis to determine if your
company’s personnel, financial and time
resources are focused in the right areas.
