Process

·        Summit consultant meets with the appropriate client on the project to develop objectives for the company.

·        Summit will gather appropriate data in order to assess the company’s current methods of documenting knowledge and/or experiences.

·        Summit will design a system appropriate for the company’s individual objectives and needs.

·        Summit consultant will maintain frequent contact with the client for the duration of the project and provide status reports.

 

Structure

·        Varies with the project, but may include on-site meetings, conference calls and facilitated on site meetings with key personnel.
