Recommended Assessment Process
   
CEO/Owner is Summit’s client.
   
Phone review of preliminary data analysis and finalize site visit.
   
Two days of on-site interviews with executive, executive team and staff groups.
   
Feedback assessment results to management team (in person) on the third day.
   
Executive receives a summary assessment report.
