Acquire Summit Performance ModelÔ and receive overview training on the model.
   
Jointly develop customized measures based upon company strategic direction and objectives.
   
Determine appropriate accountability for each measure based upon the company business
  processes and organizational structure.
   
Revise the Performance Model to include customized measures and accountability assignments.
   
Provide training to all managers, including both the philosophies of performance measurement and
  underlying management reporting.
