Establish and implement a strategic planning process.
   
Facilitate the strategic planning with the executive management team.
   
Develop a Mission statement, Vision and Values, and the strategic initiatives which support them.
   
Train the executive managers on strategic plan implementation.

Process
   
Summit consultant meets directly with the CEO to outline the process steps.
   
Summit facilitates strategic planning sessions with the executive management team and possibly
  middle managers and non-management staff.
   
Managers collect self-assessment data that are used in an analysis facilitated by Summit.
   
Summit assists the team with action planning in order to achieve initiatives.
   
The strategic plan is documented and communicated to the company.
   
Summit coordinates a follow-up strategic planning meeting.
   
   
Structure
   
Three two-day strategic planning meetings
   
May involve one-on-one interviews with executive managers and other “key” employees.
   
Includes outside data collection work from the executive managers.
